In our household I'm the only one that ever really drinks alcohol. Adam enjoys an occasional bottle of beer, but they're few and far between, however I do like an odd glass of wine.
The problem is I can't drink a whole bottle in one go, so often end up with leftover wine that I refuse to throw away. So I freeze my leftovers in an ice cube tray and use them for pasta sauces.
Two ice cubes of wine add a delicious flavour to sauces, and keep me happy knowing I haven't wasted any wine!
